Pink backs Lady GaGa for Grammy win
Pink has backed Lady GaGa to win the 'Album Of The Year' award at the Grammys on January 31. The 'So What' singer, whose LP Funhouse is nominated in the 'Best Pop Vocal Album' category, praised GaGa's recent success. Asked who she thinks will scoop the best album gong, she told Rolling Stone: "I think I'd have to go with Lady GaGa because she really, really just took over this year. She was everywhere. "She's fearless when it comes to fashion and videos and I think a lot of other people play it really safe. I think she's been a total breath of fresh air. I love her videos. In some ways I think she's the most interesting without seeming to try too hard since Madonna." She added: "I think I'm able to like her because I don't see any of myself in her and for a while, I think, after Missundaztood came out, it was like, 'Oh, everybody wants to be a rock star now'. "But with her, I don't know, I think she's marching to the beat of her own drum. And I really, really like that." GaGa is rumoured to be duetting with Sir Elton John at the event, which takes place at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles. Beyoncé leads the list of nominations with ten nods, while Taylor Swift has eight and Black Eyed Peas have six. DigitalSpy.com

Lady GaGa, Elton John 'to duet at Grammys'
Lady GaGa and Elton John will reportedly perform together at the Grammy Awards on Sunday. The pair are rumoured to be working on a duet for the annual event, which is held at the Los Angeles Staples Center on January 31. Details are yet to emerge about which song the twosome will perform, however reports claim that it will be one of the most "memorable" in the ceremony's history. Sir Elton refused to dispel the rumours when he was quizzed on the plans at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah this week, Metro reports. "Elton and Lady Gaga on the same stage is sure to create fireworks, it could be one of the most memorable Grammy performances of all time," Contactmusic quotes a source as saying. Sir Elton famously collaborated with Eminem at the awards ceremony in 2001. Pink, Beyoncé, Black Eyed Peas and Taylor Swift are among other acts confirmed to perform at the 52nd annual Grammy Awards. Beyonce leads the list of nominations with ten nods, while Taylor Swift has eight and Black Eyed Peas six. DigitalSpy.com

Lady Gaga Plays "Telephone" With Grammys Secrets
Lady Gaga has a lousy poker face. We're totally on to her Grammy Awards secrets. When the lights go down on the Staples Center Sunday, the five-time nominee will be there to get the festivities rolling. And she won't be opening the show alone with an inevitably crazy outfit. Elton John will be there to join her, E! News confirms exclusively. They'll be doing some sort of medley ("Tiny Just Dancer" or "Don't Let the Bad Romance Go Down on Me" perhaps?) set to a "factory"-themed set and costumes, a source tells us. We're not quite sure whether Elton or Gaga will both be tickling the ivories, but at least one of them will. Gaga is said to be "rehearsing like crazy" at Center Stage in Burbank, and one of the tracks getting practice time is "Telephone." And just for the sake of clarity, Beyoncé won't be joining them. We just hope this collab is half as good as when Elton teamed up with Eminem in 2001. E!Online.com
